Michael Lennox, Director
Michael was born and raised in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. From an early age he was inspired by cinema and began for forge a career as a filmmaker. In 2008, he directed his first short film, RIP AND THE PREACHER, which screened at over twenty festivals worldwide, including Aspen, Cinequest and LA Shorts Festival. In 2010 he made his TV debut with a 30 min drama, ECLIPSE starring Andrew Buchan (BROADCHURCH) as part of the Coming Up new talent scheme for Touchpaper/Channel 4.
Now regarded as a rising star of the blossoming Northern Ireland film industry, Michael gained a much-coveted place on the MA in Fiction Directing course at the National Film and Television School (he was Northern Ireland Screen Scholar 2010 and Shine Scholar 2011)
Michael’s work at the NFTS includes THE BACK OF BEYOND which screened as part of the BAFTA NFTS Stars of Tomorrow event and won the Royal Television Society Student Television Award in the Post Graduate Section. It went on to win the Premio Pianific Pianific prize at Locarno Film Festival 2012, and nominated for the European Film Awards. Michael also awarded first place in the Kodak Student Commercial competition 2012 for his Advert for Saga Holidays.
In 2014, back home in Northern Ireland, Michael directed BOOGALOO AND GRAHAM which had it’s world premier at the Toronto International Film Festival 2014. In 2015, BOOGALOO AND GRAHAM has been nominated for a BAFTA and the Academy Award for Best Short film. Michael is currently in Post Production on his first feature film A PATCH OF FOG starring Stephen Graham (BOARDWALK EMPIRE) and Conlith Hill (GAME OF THRONES). Produced by Robert Jones (THE USUAL SUSPECTS) and funded by the BFI and Northern Ireland Screen.

Ronan Blaney, Writer
Ronan met Michael Lennox when they were both selected for Channel 4's 'Coming Up' showcase.They didn't get a chance to work together then but have made three shorts together since - 'Nine Lives' 'Back of Beyond' and 'Boogaloo and Graham'. 'Back of Beyond' won a Royal Television Society Award and was nominated for the European Film Award while 'Boogaloo and Graham' has been nominated for both a BAFTA and an ACADEMY AWARD. Ronan and Michael are currently woirking to secure funding for a feature length adaptation of 'Back of Beyond'.
Brian J. Falconer, Producer
Brian is a Belfast based, BAFTA nominated film producer. A trained engineer, Brian is a highly motivated organised filmmaker who in 2014, produced five short films including Boogaloo and Graham, the Academy Award® Nominated live action short film, BAFTA Nominated Best British Short Film and Insulin and Awaydays, two prequel short films for the soon to be released feature film, The Survivalist.
As one of the top young emerging Northern Irish producers, Brian’s biggest skills lie in his highly disciplined approach to film making and it is through his team leading role that he is able to pass on his energy and enthusiasm to co-collaborators, cast and crew alike.
Director of production company Out of Orbit, Brian is currently developing a slate of projects through Northern Ireland Screen.
